Committee Meeting Minutes

Committees are encouraged to use eClass to house the agendas, minutes, and other resources being utilized during the year. Access to a committee eClass site is limited to current committee members and the Vice President for Academic Affairs. Temporary access to the committee eClass site by other individuals may be granted by the committee Chair, on request.

Committee agendas, approved minutes, and annual reports are posted to the MSMC portal no later than June 30 of each year by the Office of Academic Affairs. It is the responsibility of the committee Chair to provide these materials to Academic Affairs. This material may be accessed by any faculty member, the President, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Academic Affairs staff members. Temporary access to this material by other individuals may be granted by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, on request.
