MGT 5220 expands on selected topics covered in MGT 5210 (MGT 5210 is not a pre-requisite for MGT 5220). MGT 5220 provides in-depth analysis of quality improvement, pay for performance, H-CAPS associated reimbursement, overview of human resource management in healthcare, and regulatory issues. As well, an abbreviated practical experience in an area of interest to the student will complete the learning experience.
