EXS 3500 EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY

This course is designed to teach the student the fundamentals of human physiology in response to exercise. A systematic approach is taken to examine the human body's response to exercise. Discussion of principles of adaptation, tissue repair and training accompany traditional physiological pedagogy. Laboratory exercise reinforce lecture principles as well as introduce the student to standard exercise physiological research and testing techniques. *this is a laboratory science course
