Waivers for Core Requirements (General Education requirements)
The Waiver Request Form is available online in the MSMC portal; both the student's academic advisor and the chairperson of the academic division responsible for the course must support the request. Once the request has been approved by both faculty members, it is forwarded to the chair of the Academic Standards Committee for review. The committee's decision is then forwarded to both the student and the Office of the Registrar.
