MGT 6072 ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE AND DEVELOPMENT

This course is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of organizational change and development through the study of organizational change models and theories. The course will focus on change at the interpersonal level, group level, inter-group level, and organizational level. Issues such as conflict management, team-building, diversity, and TQM will be addressed. Contemporary research will be integrated with the course content.
