NUR 2044 HEALTH ASSESSMENT
This course focuses on the collection and organization of information relevant to a person's health status. Emphasis is on developing skills for taking a complete health history and conducting a physical assessment on a well individual. Focus is also placed on documenting the above. Introduction to obtaining a medication history, performing medication calculations, and the basic principles of medication administration are incorporated.
