High School Dual Enrollment Program

High school students may enroll in dual enrollment courses though high schools participating in the Knight Program, Mount Saint Mary College’s dual enrollment program. Students must 1) attend a participating high school, 2) be enrolled in courses in 11th or 12th grade, and 3) have an overall average of 80% or higher to be eligible. Students may earn a maximum of 18 credits per year, and 36 credits total, through the Knight Program.

High school students may enroll in one or two college courses each semester (excluding accelerated sessions) during the academic year concurrently with their senior year in high school. They will be considered non-matriculated students.

Students earning Mount Saint Mary College credits in high school may either use the credits earned toward one of the degree programs at Mount Saint Mary College or may transfer these credits to a degree program at another institution.  For more information, students should contact Admissions at admissions@msmc.edu.
