Application for Graduation

Every candidate for graduation must file an application (intent) for graduation. See the traditional Academic Calendar for due dates.

A Grade Point Average of B (3.0) or better must be maintained in order to remain in the program and receive the degree.

Students seeking an Advanced Certificate must confirm completion of their requirements with their academic advisor. The student and advisor must ensure the student’s name is submitted to the division. The division will submit the list of candidates with completions dates to the Registrar’s Office. Advanced Certificate students do not complete the intent to graduate form.
