MSN Course Scheduling

Graduate nursing students may enroll on either a full-time or part-time basis. Students who wish to be considered full-time for financial aid purposes must register for at least nine (9) graduate credits during the semester.

Courses are generally offered on a semester schedule using a hybrid format, combining online coursework with pre-scheduled face-to-face class sessions over approximately 14 weeks. Summer courses are also typically offered in a hybrid format using an accelerated schedule of approximately 10 weeks.

In addition to hybrid courses, the graduate nursing program offers several 100% online asynchronous courses, allowing students greater flexibility in completing program requirements. The combination of full-time and part-time enrollment options, along with hybrid and fully online course offerings, enables students to balance graduate study with professional and personal responsibilities.
