Sport and Exercise Psychology Minor

Sport Psychology is the field of psychology that uses psychological principles to address performance and well-being in athletes, and other sports participants, at all levels. Additionally it also addresses developmental and social aspects of sports participation. Students who minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology will gain foundational skills to better understand the impact of mental health on sports performance. 18 credits are required to complete this minor.

Minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology
