PED 1161 INTERMEDIATE YOGA AND WELLNESS
This course provides the opportunity to learn and practice beginning yoga while focusing on how the practice promotes health and well-being. This course will explore the ancient practice with an emphasis on Hath Yoga. Students will learn basic foundation postures, yogic breathing, meditation techniques and the 7 chakra energy systems.
Prerequisite
PED 1160, previous yoga experience, or permission from instructor
