HCM 3250 HEALTHCARE OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION
The course will familiarize students with the concept of Quality and the process of Quality Improvement across the healthcare continuum. Students will review the strategies that healthcare systems from across the United States have implemented to achieve the Institute of Medicine's goals to make quality healthcare more timely, effective, equitable, efficient, safe and patient-centered. Students will also be exposed to multiple technologies that impact quality improvement efforts in healthcare delivery.
