APR 4229 CRISIS PUBLIC RELATIONS

This course is intended to introduce students to communication strategies used when crisis situations arise.  The course identifies the stages of crisis, and proven strategies and tactics should they arise.  This course uses case studies heavily, allowing students to learn from real-world incidents that have been handled either well or poorly.
