NUR 1200 INTRODUCTION TO PROFESSIONAL NURSING
This course introduces the nursing student to the profession of nursing. Emphasis is placed on assisting students to develop collaborative relationships with faculty, nursing students and college resources to provide a supportive network. Effective communication, clinical reasoning, critical thinking and professional nursing is introduced as essential steps to providing culturally congruent, safe quality care.
