BUS 1010 INTRODUCTION TO MANAGEMENT

An analysis of the fundamentals of management including the following: planning, organizing, staffing, directing, controlling. In addition the course explores the areas of communication, problem solving, decision making. Individual and small group factors that affect management functions are also studied.
