BIO 4080 ECOLOGY

This course is intended to develop an understanding of the inter-connectedness of organisms, the environment and the processes of evolution. Organisms will be studied in an interrelated manner revolving around how they have evolved to exist in a particular environment. Laboratories will emphasize experimental design, statistical analysis, and the development of basic ecological models using spreadsheet software. *this is a laboratory science course

A minimum grade of a C in a biology laboratory course numbered 2000 and a minimum grade of a C in a college level chemistry course, or permission of the instructor
