NUR 5150 TRANSITION INTO ADVANCED PRACTICE

This course explores the chanllenges and responsibilities the student has upon entering the Advanced Practice role. Attention will be focused on legal entrance through documentation, exploration of expanded scope of practice and current issues with societal acceptance of the role. The development of leadership and administrative expectations of the role in health care will be examined.
