CMA 3175 NEWS MEDIA AND PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS
News media has a profound influence on American society and politics. This course will combine news writing and media analysis as we examine the role of media in framing political debate and the ways in which news media shape what we know about politics and candidates. Students are also encouraged to explore the use of social media to cover and explain campaigns and policy.
